Easy Macaroni Salad 1 c Hellman's real mayonnaise or light reduced calorie mayo
2 tb Vinegar
1 tb Prepared mustard
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
8 oz Mueller's elbow macaroni; cooked, drained
1 c Celery; sliced
1 c Green or sweet red pepper; chopped
1/4 c Onion; chopped
In lg. bowl, stir mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and
pepper until smooth. Add macaroni, celery, green pepper, and onion;
toss to coat well. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hrs. to blend
flavors. Note - if desired, stir in milk for a creamier salad.
