Easy Fudge

3 c Chopped chocolate or chocolate wafers (sweet, semisweet, or a combination)
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
Pinch of salt
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Chopped nuts

A very good fudge with no cooking or thermometer watching. Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in a generously buttered 8-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge out onto a cutting board, cut into squares. Store in tightly covered containers. Makes 49 pieces.
